Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Join The Blue Muse and The Celestial Voice & special guest Anderson Pugash for a Sublime Sound Bath as we enter the Still Point of the Winter Solstice. In the depth of the womb, we will plant the seeds of the Future.

Together with our many Sound Allies, such as Paiste Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Rav Drum Hand Pan, Monolino Monochord, Native and Ocean Drums, Koshi Chimes and Shamanic Vocals, we will sooth our souls with Sonic Waves. Dive into a deep journey releasing stuck energy and clearing the path for more peace, joy and balance.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow etc. to ensure your comfort for this hour of Sacred Sound. The Community Center is large and provides plenty of space to create your little island oasis. We ask you to please check your temperature and wellbeing before attending. Masks are required.

Arrival time is 6:40, please be punctual as the doors will close 5 minutes before 7PM and no one will be admitted after that point so as not to disturb the guided meditation.

The Winter Solstice is longest night of the year before the Sun begins to strengthen and shift into the new cycle. It leads us from the deep introspection of Winter towards the light of rebirth. A time to treasure and celebrate!
